Terms & Conditions

Agreement – By hiring our company, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Work – Work will be done as described in our written quote or contract. Any extra work will cost extra and must be approved in writing.

Payments – A deposit is required before starting. Progress payments are due as agreed, and final payment is due when the project is completed.

Permits – We will help with permits if included in the contract. The client must provide correct property information and access.

Timeline – We will aim to finish on time, but delays may happen due to weather, supply issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Warranty – Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where available.

Client Responsibilities – The client must provide access to the site, utilities (water, power), and keep the area clear of personal belongings.

Safety – Work areas must remain safe. Clients should not enter restricted areas while work is ongoing.

Liability – We are insured, but we are not responsible for existing problems with the property or events beyond our control (e.g., storms).

Termination – Either party may end the contract with written notice. The client must pay for all work completed up to that point.

Disputes – We will first try to resolve any disputes fairly. If needed, legal action will follow the laws of Australian Government.
